Conner and his team did a fantastic job cleaning of house trim, sidewalks and driveway. The pricing was fair and I decided to have them clean my 30' Catalina sailboat which they did a great job on as well. Highly recommend!

Serving all of Cayce and the surrounding Midlands

Cayce sits on the west bank of the Congaree River, straight across from downtown Columbia, on some of the lowest, flattest ground in the Midlands. The heart of it is the Avenues, a grid of bungalows and brick ranches built in the 1940s and 50s when veterans came home and the Blossom Street bridge tied Cayce to Columbia. This is old brick country in the most literal way: the Guignard family dug clay out of these river bottoms for two centuries, and the beehive kilns of the Guignard Brick Works still stand near the river. The Cayce Riverwalk and the wooded Timmerman Trail run along the Congaree, and the river bottom keeps the ground and the air damp, so shaded lots in Riverland Park and the Avenues hold moisture long after the rain stops. Newer subdivisions like Hunter's Mill and Moss Creek fill in toward the south end of town.

As a veteran-owned local team, we use the right approach for each surface — gentle soft washing on siding and roofs, surface cleaners on concrete.

Summer is peak algae and mildew season around Cayce, so it's the best window to stay ahead of green-black growth.

Questions, answered

Pressure washing in Cayce
Questions, answered

Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure with biodegradable solutions, so it cleans siding and roofs without the damage high pressure can cause to shingles, paint, or wood.

No trip fee. Cayce is part of our regular service area, and we come to you.

Every Cayce job is priced on what we actually clean, the size of the surface, how much buildup there is, and how easy it is to reach. We give a free, no-obligation estimate up front, so there are no surprises.

No, we pre-rinse and protect your landscaping before and after every job, and the biodegradable solutions break down once they dwell and rinse. Your plants, beds, and grass are looked after.

We're a veteran-owned crew based in the Columbia area, and we service Cayce by coming to you, no storefront needed on your end.

It depends on the size of the property and how much buildup there is. We give you a realistic window when we quote it, and we never rush a surface to beat the clock.
