Great company and service! This group of local young men are very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and hard working. They did a fabulous job on our home, windows and driveway! Highly Recommend!

No surprises, straight answers
We wet down the grass and bed edges before we treat and rinse them again after. By the time it's rinsed and diluted, there's very little strength left in the solution, and we control where it goes. Your green stays green.
Not the way we run it. The surface cleaner spreads the work evenly instead of blasting one line at a time. On worn or flaked spots we drop to gentler tips and let the chemistry carry more of the load. Old concrete gets the gentle version of the job.
Just while we're working and until the slab dries. Once it's dry, the drive is fine for paws. We'll tell you when you're clear, usually the same afternoon.
It rinses off with the slope of the drive, diluted well down by the time it reaches the yard edge. Heads up on the clay itself, though. Red clay stains concrete like a mineral stain, and while we treat it separately, deep clay staining may not fully lift.
We'll tell you up front, oil is the hardest thing on this list. A degreaser can lighten a surface drip, but only so much, and a deep old stain may barely move. We won't promise it gone, and anyone who does is guessing.
Not with how we run it. Slow careful passes, gentler settings where the pour needs it, and eyes on your property the whole time. Licensing and insurance sit behind all of that, and the goal is to never need them.

How It Works
You reach out, we call back, we walk the drive, you get a number. That simple.
Reach us by phone or through the form, whichever's handy. Mention roughly how long the run is. Long drives don't scare us.
Our booking team calls back fast and handles all the chasing on scheduling, so you never have to.
A tech walks the full length in person, checks the surface, the stains, the worn spots, and the edges before a single pass is made.
You get the real number face to face after the walk, not a guess over the phone. You approve it, we get to work.

Questions, answered
We put most drives out here on a schedule, and a clean about every year-and-a-half to two years holds it for the typical run. Tree shade and gravel shoulders speed the grime up, full sun slows it down, and we'll tell you honestly where yours lands after we see it.
Yes, that's most of our driveway work around here. The long county-road drives outside Prosperity and out toward Stoney Hill are exactly the kind of runs our equipment is built for. If you're on acreage with a long drive, we'll come to you.
We can usually lighten them, and that's the honest ceiling. A degreaser helps a fresh surface drip, but a deep old stain has soaked in and may barely move. We'd rather under-promise on oil than hand you a disappointment.
Usually, yes. Those lines are uneven cleaning from a narrow wand, and a proper pre-treat plus wide overlapping surface-cleaner passes blends the whole slab back toward one tone. Some deep-set contrast can take a cycle or so to fully even out, but the difference shows right away.
It does. The pre-treatment kills moss at the root, not just the green you can see, and the surface cleaner lifts it out of the joints. Because it's treated instead of just scraped, it comes back a lot slower.
Nope. As long as vehicles are moved off the drive and we can reach a water spigot, we handle the rest. Plenty of folks out here leave for the day and come home to a clean drive. Pets should stay inside until the slab dries, and we'll let you know when it has.

Driveway Cleaning in Prosperity, old Frog Level
Park a truck in the same spot all winter, then move it in spring. That clean rectangle sitting in the middle of a gray drive tells you everything. The rest of the concrete didn't stay that color, it drifted there slow, and you drove over it every day without noticing. On these long acreage drives the fade has room to spread, from the county road all the way up to the garage. Clay grit tracks in off the gravel shoulder, algae creeps in under the tree line, and pine pollen bakes into all of it come spring. One clean strip next to the rest is all it takes to see how far gone it is. We bring the strip. Then we finish the job.
Prosperity is the quiet side of Newberry County's lake country, an old rail town built around a walkable square, with older clapboard and brick homes under mature shade trees in and around the Caldwell Street Historic District. Out past town the land stretches into acreage lots with long driveways and outbuildings, then drops to the Saluda-side coves of Lake Murray, where newer builds in Stewart Landing and The Pointes of Plantation Pointe sit close to the water. Damp air off the coves, deep tree shade in town, and red-clay Piedmont soil keep north-facing siding, roofs, and concrete greening up faster than most owners expect.
From The Pointes of Plantation Pointe, Frog Level Commons, and Harbor View Estates, Prosperity homeowners count on us for driveway cleaning done right.
While we're at your Prosperity place, we can knock out your concrete cleaning, pool deck cleaning, and deck washing too, all on the same trip with no second trip fee.

Our process, step by step
Same careful process on every drive, whether it's a short pad in town or a long run out past the tree line.
We walk the drive first, flag the worn spots and stains, wet down the grass and bed edges, and make sure vehicles are moved clear.
The cleaning solution goes down and gets time to work. That dwell is what breaks the algae's grip instead of just rinsing the surface.
Slow overlapping passes with the industrial surface cleaner, end to end. On flaked or older sections we ease off and let the chemistry do more. A young slab gets a gentler touch too, so the surface isn't stressed.
A finishing treatment across the whole slab so the run dries to a single shade, then a clean rinse of the edges, joints, and everything around the drive.
