Bub's showed up, gave a fair quote and then came back with a friendly & professional crew to clean our house. I think they may have had one too many for the job because one guy gave our car a quick wash in the driveway while the rest of the crew cleaned the house. Definitely recommend.

Two nice young workers arrived 30 minutes in advance. They were very polite and helpful in removing all plants from front porch before pressure washing. The house and driveway are so clean now. Great job!

Driveway Cleaning in Chapin, the Capital of Lake Murray
Look at the spot where the boat trailer sits all summer. The rectangle under it stays light, and the slab around it has gone gray and green. That darker color is not the concrete. It is a film of algae and grime that the damp off the lake feeds all year. Out here on the north shore, the moisture never really lets up, so it builds back fast. We pre-treat that green to kill it, then run a surface cleaner that lays down even, edge to edge. When we pull off, the whole slab matches that clean rectangle again. No stripes, no missed lines, just the color the concrete started as.
Chapin calls itself the Capital of Lake Murray, sitting on the lake’s north shore in the Dutch Fork part of Lexington County. The town is built around the water: lakefront homes with docks and boathouses, lake-area subdivisions like White Rock, Lake Point, Ballentine Landing, and Milmont Shores, and newer family neighborhoods such as Green Valley Estates and Spring Hill that have filled in fast as Chapin has grown. Our process, step by step
Concrete out here near the water carries a film the eye reads as gray. Our job is to pull that off even, so the whole slab matches again.
We put a treatment down first to kill the algae and mildew at the root. Killing it before we wash means it lifts clean and grows back slower.
We pass a spinning bar over the concrete that holds even pressure across its whole width. That gives you one steady tone with no stripes.
We hand-clean the borders, control joints, and tight spots a wide cleaner cannot reach, so the edges match the open slab.
We flush the grime off the concrete and the beds beside it, then walk the slab with you to make sure it came out the way you wanted.
