You do not have to be home for the wash itself, but we do like to walk the property with you first for the estimate.

You walk up to the house and the bottom courses of siding look dingy. The skirting has a gritty tan film across it. Up high the vinyl still looks fine, but the lower walls went dull after the last few hard rains. That is the Sandhills soil at work here in Elgin. Our process, step by step
How we wash your house
A soft wash on Elgin vinyl is about the right solution and a careful order of work. Here is what the day looks like.
We soak the plants and beds around the house first, so the cleaning solution has nowhere to do harm.
We put down low-pressure solution that kills algae and mildew at the root, starting low where the grit is worst.
We give the solution time to break down the green, the black, and the gritty film before we touch it with water.
We rinse the wall down soft and feather the lower courses into the rest, so it comes out even top to bottom.
