What sets our Chapin work apart
There are two kinds of dirty on your concrete, and they don't clean the same way. The first is the green and gray film, the algae and mildew that the damp off Lake Murray keeps feeding all year. Two kinds of dirty, one careful plan. Here's the order we work in so your slab comes out even.
We walk the concrete and split it into two piles, the green organic growth and the soaked-in oil, rust, or tannin. Each gets its own treatment.
We put down a cleaner that kills the algae and mildew at the root. Going deep means it grows back slower than a quick blast off the top.
We run the surface cleaner across the whole pour with even pressure. That's what gives you one solid color with no stripes or patchy spots.
We hit the inorganic stains on their own, fade what we can, then rinse the whole slab down clean and tell you what may not have fully lifted.
