What sets our Chapin work apart
The most common mistake we see on a Chapin brick home is somebody pointing a pressure washer at it. High pressure looks like it works for a minute. What it really does is chew the soft old mortar right out of the joints. On the older brick homes near old downtown, that mortar is the weak point, and once it's gone the wall starts taking on water. The green and black you see in the brick is algae and mildew living down in the pores. It needs a soft wash, low pressure, and a cleaner that does the work for you. We soak it, let it dwell, and rinse it gentle, so the brick comes clean and the joints stay put. That is the whole difference between a clean wall and an expensive repair.

We walk the wall and check the joints. On older Chapin brick we note any weak or failing mortar, and we point out efflorescence before we touch it.
We soak your beds, grass, and any plants along the wall, then keep an eye on them the whole time so nothing gets stressed.
We lay the cleaner on at low pressure and let it dwell. It breaks down the algae and mildew in the pores so the wand never has to.
We rinse the wall down soft, top to bottom, and flush the beds and pavement so everything's left clean and settled.
