The crew did a great job cleaning my pool deck and driveway. Arrived on schedule.

No surprises, straight answers
We kill the algae and mildew at the root, not just rinse the top. Root kill means it grows back slower, though shade and damp will bring it eventually. A wash on a steady schedule keeps it from taking hold.
New lots out here still catch tan grit off the sandy soil and pine pollen on top. A first wash pulls that film off and sets a clean baseline. After that it is easy to keep up.
We mix our cleaners down to a safe working strength and rinse the area well when we wrap up. Keep pets inside while we work and off the slab until it dries. Tell us about beds or grass at the edges and we will watch them.
Oil is a stain soaked into the pore, not surface dirt, so a plain rinse will not lift it. We treat it direct and fade what we can. We tell you up front how much may stay before we start.
That patchy look comes from a wand hitting some spots harder than others. Our surface cleaner makes the same even pass over the whole slab. You get one tone, edge to edge.
Yes, fully licensed and insured. Concrete work means equipment running close to your home, garage, and beds, so coverage matters if anything goes sideways. You get that paperwork before we ever start.

Questions, answered
Yes, we service Elgin and the newer subdivisions all through here. Walks, driveways, and patios on the new lots are a big part of what we do. Spears Creek, Pontiac, the whole Sandhills stretch.
For most homes out here about every year-and-a-half to two years keeps the green and the tan grit from building back up. Shaded slabs and spots that splash a lot may want it sooner. We will tell you what fits your concrete when we look.
That is the sandy Sandhills soil. Every hard rain splashes grit up off the ground onto your lower siding and across the concrete. We rinse it off and bring the tone back even.
We kill it at the root so it grows back slower, but shade and damp will bring it back over time. There is no forever fix on outdoor concrete. A wash on a steady schedule is what keeps it down.
New slabs still pick up grit and pine pollen fast out here. A first wash sets a clean baseline and makes upkeep easy. No need to let it build up first.
Those are stains soaked into the pore, not surface dirt, so a plain wash will not lift them. We treat them direct and fade what we can. We tell you up front what may not fully come up before we start.

Concrete Cleaning in Elgin, the Sandhills gateway
Concrete out here gets dirty two ways. One is the green stuff, the algae and mildew that creep across shaded driveways and north-side walks. The other is staining, the tan grit the sandy soil kicks up off your lower walls and onto the slab, plus oil drips and rust. The green we kill at the root and surface clean off. The staining is its own job, and we tell you up front what may not fully lift. We run a surface cleaner so the whole slab comes out one even tone. No wand stripes, no zebra lines down the driveway.
Elgin, once called Blaney, sits in the Sandhills northeast of Columbia, straddling the Kershaw and Richland county line. The area covers a fast-growing stretch of newer subdivisions, with brand-new vinyl-sided homes going up across neighborhoods like Woodland Forest, Royal Pines Estates, Spring Village, Wildewood, and the Spears Creek and Pontiac corridor. The condition that drives cleaning here is the sandy Sandhills soil. After a hard rain it kicks tan grit and a gritty film up onto the lower siding, the skirting, and the concrete, and the loblolly and longleaf pines drop heavy pollen on top of it. A lot of these homes are new builds getting their first real wash, on builder-grade vinyl that high pressure can crack. Sesquicentennial State Park and Spears Creek anchor the area, and the growth keeps pushing out along Two Notch Road.
In Spring Village, Pontiac, and North Crossing, or anywhere else around Elgin, we come to you for concrete cleaning, no trip fee.
While we're at your Elgin place, we can knock out your driveway cleaning, pool deck cleaning, and deck washing too, all on the same trip with no second trip fee.

Our process, step by step
Here is the order we work in, so you know what is happening on your slab.
We check where the green is creeping and where the tan grit and any oil or rust have set in. Each one cleans a different way.
We put down a cleaner that kills the algae and mildew at the root. Killing the root is what makes it grow back slower.
We run the flat surface cleaner across the concrete in even passes. That pulls off the grit and growth and leaves one tone, no stripes.
We hit oil and rust spots direct and fade what we can. Then we rinse the slab and the edges clean and walk it with you.
