No surprises, straight answers
Spot-free. The spotting you get from a hose or a squeegee comes from minerals in the water drying on the glass. We use purified water with the minerals taken out, so it rinses clean and dries clear on its own. No streaks, no spots, no wiping.
Yes, from the ground. We use a water-fed pole that reaches the high panes without a ladder against your siding and without anyone up on the roof. It is safer for your house and for us, and it gets the tall glass just as clean.
Often, partly. Light sprinkler spotting usually comes off. But hard water that has etched into the glass over years is a mineral burn, not dirt, and that is a separate restoration that may only improve it, not fully lift it. We will tell you which spots clear and which are etched in before we start.
Yes. We use purified water and a soft brush, not harsh chemicals, so the beds under the windows are fine. Anything that runs off is basically clean water.
Completely. It is purified water and a soft brush, nothing to dry, rinse, or keep anyone away from. Once we are done, the windows are just clean.

Getting your quote, step by step
Four steps from your first message to a real window price, and we look at the house in person so we know the pane count, the height, and the frames.
Call or fill out the form and tell us about the windows. Roughly how many, how tall the house is, inside and out or just out, and whether the frames are wood, vinyl, or painted. That gets us started.
Someone gets back to you fast, usually the same day, and finds a window that fits your week. A real person stays on it.
Before we quote, a tech looks over the windows, the height, the screens, the frames, and any hard-water spotting along the bottoms. That tells us the plan and what will fully clear versus what is etched in.
You get a straight price on the spot, free, no obligation, no trip fee. Say the word and we get to work.

Questions, answered
Yes. We clean with purified water that has the minerals taken out, so there is nothing left behind to spot. It dries clear on its own. The spotting you get from a hose comes from the minerals in tap water, and that is exactly what we remove.
Yes. We use a water-fed pole that reaches the tall panes from the ground, so no ladder leans on your siding and no one is up on the roof. On the older two-story homes here, that is the safe way to do it.
We can. A lot of folks do inside and out together so the glass actually looks clean from both sides. Just tell us when you reach out and we will quote it that way.
Sometimes, and we are honest about it. Fresh sprinkler spotting usually comes off. But hard water that has etched into the glass over years is a mineral burn, not dirt, and that is a separate restoration that may only improve it. We tell you which is which before we start.
A about every year-and-a-half to two years rhythm suits most homes, and you may want the outside more often in spring when the pollen is heavy. Windows that face the road dust or back up to the trees film over faster, so those are the ones that tell you it is time.
We do, all over West Columbia, from the older homes around New Brookland and State Street to the Saluda-side neighborhoods like Quail Hollow. Inside and out if you like, and we come to you with no trip fee. If you are on the edge of our area, reach out and ask.

Window Cleaning in West Columbia, river town
Dirty windows are easy to stop noticing, right up until the afternoon sun hits the glass and you see every streak and spot at once. Out here it builds up fast. The pollen comes down heavy in spring, the river humidity keeps a film on the glass, and the sprinklers leave hard-water spots along the bottom. On an older home the frames are often wood or painted, so you do not want a pressure washer anywhere near them. We clean the glass the way it actually wants. Purified water and a soft brush lift the dirt and the pollen, and because the water has the minerals taken out, it dries clear on its own with no spotting and no squeegee marks. The tall second-story panes get reached from the ground with a water-fed pole, so no ladder leans against your siding and no one is up on a roof to do it. We take the screens down and rinse them too, so the pollen trapped in the mesh does not wash right back onto clean glass.
West Columbia sits right across the Congaree River from downtown Columbia, over the Gervais Street Bridge, and it has its own feel the suburbs out east do not. The heart of it is State Street and the New Brookland Historic District, an old mill village turned arts-and-food strip with galleries, cafes, and breweries in the brick storefronts, plus the Interactive Art Park on Meeting Street. Triangle City is where Meeting Street, Charleston Highway, and 12th come together. The West Columbia Riverwalk runs the Congaree bank as part of the Three Rivers Greenway. On the west side the established neighborhoods sit along the Saluda River, where Quail Hollow and the Saluda subdivisions, Saluda River Estates, Saluda Mill, and The Reserve on the Saluda, hold older custom homes on half-acre and bigger lots. It is a mix of historic mill-era cottages, settled 1970s-era neighborhoods, and newer infill, most of it under a thick pine canopy. With two rivers wrapping the city, the Congaree on one side and the Saluda on the other, the humidity stays up and algae sets into shaded north-facing siding and older brick fast. Schools run through Lexington District Two and Brookland-Cayce.
From Saluda Terrace, Quail Ridge, and New Brookland, West Columbia homeowners count on us for window cleaning done right.

Our process, step by step
Here is the whole job on an older home under the pollen and the river humidity. The goal is simple: spot-free glass inside and out, the tall panes reached safely, and the frames left alone.
We take the screens down and rinse them on their own. The mesh traps pollen and grime, and if we leave the screens on, all of that washes straight back onto the glass we just cleaned. Doing them separately is what makes the clean actually last.
We clean the glass with purified water and a soft brush. The brush lifts the pollen and the dirt, and the purified water rinses it away. Because the minerals are taken out of the water, it dries clear on its own, with no spotting and no need to wipe.
The high second-story glass gets reached with a water-fed pole from the ground. No ladder leans against your older siding and no one climbs onto the roof. The tall panes come just as clean and clear as the ones you can reach.
As we go, we wipe the sills and check the frames, and on an older home we keep everything gentle around the wood and the paint. Where hard water has etched a pane, we point it out and tell you straight whether it will clear or only improve.
